CNM 4A molecular sieve is widely used in the dehydration of natural gas. Because the saturated moisture in natural gas feed gas may form hydrocarbon hydrates under certain conditions, it will block the pipelines and equipment of the liquefaction system, ultimately affecting natural gas production. In addition, for natural gas containing carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide, due to the action of moisture, they will form corrosive acid liquid, causing serious corrosion of equipment and pipelines. Therefore, the natural gas feed gas must be dehydrated.
As the main adsorbent of natural gas dehydration equipment, CNM 4A molecular sieve has strong adsorption selectivity, efficient adsorption performance, high compressive strength, high adsorption accuracy, and can be reused for a long time. Through physical adsorption, it does not produce pollutants. It can achieve deep dehydration and remove carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide from natural gas raw materials without affecting the gas composition.
