Since the biogas produced from the anaerobic fermentation device contains a large amount of water, especially during high-temperature fermentation and medium-temperature fermentation, the amount of water is greater. During the pipeline transmission and distribution process, due to changes in temperature and pressure, the dew point decreases, and the water in the biogas is analyzed, causing transmission problems. The two-phase flow in the distribution system increases the resistance of the system and even blocks the pipeline. The interaction between water and hydrogen sulfide in the biogas will also accelerate the corrosion of pipelines, valves, and flow meters. Therefore, the biogas must be dehydrated.
CNM 4A molecular sieve has the characteristics of selective adsorption capacity, large total adsorption capacity, high adsorption efficiency, acid and alkali resistance, and long service life. Through physical adsorption, high-precision drying and dehydration of biogas can be achieved without producing pollutants or affecting the gas composition.
